The Customer Information Center of China Merchants Bank New York Branch is an information platform that enables customers to view, download and print customer transaction slip, monthly statements and other business notices online. Customers can log in to the Customer Information Center to view relevant information at any time.
New customers can access the Customer Information Center 24 hours after receiving the first account opening notice. When using the Customer Information Center for the first time, customers need to register and setup username and password. Each customer only needs to register once, but its unique username and password can be used by multiple persons at the same time.
Before using the Customer Information Center for the first time, please read the《Customer Information Center User Manual》carefully.
The Customer Information Center allows customers to view, download and print the following documents: customer transaction slips, monthly statements and other business notices (which mainly include fixed term deposit business notices and loan notices). In the Customer Information Center, the storage period for customer transaction slips and other business notices is 13 months from the date when the document is generated. The storage period for monthly statements is 36 months from the date when the document is generated. After the storage period, documents will no longer be available via the Customer Information Center.
After customers close their last account with China Merchants Bank New York Branch, they may still log into the Customer Information Center to view relevant documents and the final statement within 2 months of the closure. Two months after the last account is closed, the customer’s services at the Customer Information Center will be closed, customers will no longer be able to log into the Customer Information Center.
