For lump-sum time deposits and withdrawals, the minimum amount of deposit is USD 250,000 or equivalent amount in other currencies. The term for time deposit is in a variety of periods that are longer than one month with principal and interest payable at maturity. Early withdrawal will lead to default interest. The deposit rates of various currencies will follow market prices, for example, they refer to interbank interest rates (such as LIBOR, HIBOR).
USD, RMB, HKD, EUR and other currencies which can be freely converted.
For a U.S. registered company, the initial account activation amount is USD 250,000;
For a non-U.S. registered company or individual, the initial account activation amount is USD 250,000.
Please submit the following documents:
1、Account Opening Form (with all required Specimen Signatures)
2、IRS Forms: W-9 or W-8BEN-E, or W-8BEN or W-8ECI
3、Bank Resolution of the Company
4、A copy of Organizational Ownership Structure Chart
5、A copy of Certificate/Articles of Incorporation, or any other government-issued document evidencing the legal formation of the Company
6、A copy of Annual Report or third-party independently audited financial statements for the past year
7、Copies of driver’s licenses, passports or any other government-issued identification documents for any individual owners having a 10% or greater stake in the Company
8、Copies of driver’s licenses, passports or any other government-issued identification documents of any authorized signatories
9、Original Copay of Bank Reference Letter
